Patient story
I came with my child for an appointment, and the doctor examined him straight away: cleaned his ears, checked both his nose and throat. Usually ENT specialists do not check this, but she examined everything in order to select precise treatment, preferably without antibiotics. The treatment is helping, this is the second day we have been doing everything as instructed.

It is clear that the doctor is competent. I liked that she did not charge extra for cleaning both ears, whereas in some places they charge money for this.

I came to see the ENT specialist Aidana Serikbayevna because my ear hurt. The doctor examined my ear with a special device and showed me on the screen exactly where the inflammation was and where it hurt. I was prescribed treatment.

The appointment went well. I sat down in the chair, and my ear was shown to me on the screen — I immediately felt calmer. I thought it was otitis, but it turned out that the problem was not with my ears at all.

The approach to treatment is modern. The doctor does not suggest anything unnecessary, everything is only to the point. It is also really great that the doctor does nasal irrigation — you cannot do that for yourself at home.
