I signed up for this clinic thinking there were knowledgeable specialists there. My time with the doctor was only 10-12 minutes, and even that was taken up by my questions, which surprised me. My previous visit was in 2022, and even though almost 3 years had passed, it was considered a follow-up appointment. The website says an ultrasound is included in the price of the consultation, but they said it was not included.
Disliked
The doctor did not help me at all. He said, "I don't deal with hormones, you need to see an endocrinologist." I thought that men's problems, hormones, testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH and so on were the work of a urologist-andrologist. That is why he took full payment as well. Although the website says an ultrasound is included, he said it was not, because it was a follow-up appointment. Even though almost 3 years had passed, it was considered a follow-up appointment. At least they could give a discount for a follow-up appointment. The question remains what an andrologist actually deals with.
