The appointment went well: I was examined attentively, everything was checked quickly and blood was taken straight away. The doctor asked about everything, and I was given treatment recommendations. I also bought the necessary medicines there at an affordable price.

I came for an initial appointment with Saya Bauyrzhanovna, I chose her based on the reviews. Before that I had a sad experience with doctors — very rude and unable to answer questions properly. At the appointment the doctor listened carefully to all my complaints, asked questions, was courteous. She prescribed only the necessary tests and medicines, nothing extra. She explained in detail how to care for myself further and gave recommendations. For the follow-up appointment the price turned out to be lower, which she herself mentioned and personally asked the cashier to recalculate.

Saya Bauyrzhanovna is simply something else: very delicate, polite and careful. The initial appointment was comfortable. She listened carefully to all my complaints, asked questions, was courteous. She prescribed only the necessary tests and medicines, nothing extra. She explained very clearly about the follow-up care and gave recommendations. The follow-up appointment turned out to be cheaper, and she herself said so and personally asked the cashier to recalculate. Finally I have found "my gynaecologist". And the doctor has a great sense of humour, which makes her even more likeable.
