The appointment went quickly and well, without any complaints. The doctor decided to add some additional tests for me, but we declined them because the sum came out too large. The doctor said that when the test results come in, I should write to reception so that they give me her phone number and I send her the results. That is what I did.

The doctor received me well and quickly, without any complaints. The test results came back good, and the laboratory at this clinic works excellently — the results came even earlier than the expected date.
Disliked
There is a delay with the payment of various receipts, you have to go back and forth and run around the floors, they have confusion among themselves. At reception they refused to give the doctor's number: they said either book an online consultation, which also costs money, or go to the appointment again. It turns out to be a double payment for one appointment, which does not suit me at all. We will never come to this clinic again.

I did not like it at all, because the highly qualified lady doctor did not know the Kazakh language, she referred me to another doctor, which took a lot of my time. I give a very bad rating👎👎👎
