On 14.11 we came for an appointment with Zhanna Galiullovna. The appointment started on time, at the appointed time. The doctor examined two children, explained why they were unwell, and described how to treat them.

I specifically looked for Zhanna Galiullovna, because I had previously been under her care at another centre. At the appointment she examined me in detail, treated me attentively and humanely, as if she herself felt my condition and tried to understand why I was feeling unwell.
