I booked through the website with one doctor, but then the administrator called and said that doctor was ill and another specialist would conduct the appointment. The doctor at the appointment was Meiramgul Kukenayevna.

Doctor Meiramgul Kukenayevna is very attentive, explained everything in detail, the appointment was comfortable, and I was left with only good impressions. I thank the doctor for her professionalism.

I would like the work of the administrators to be improved: the patient is not greeted, not escorted and not told where to go — a simple "Go through" clarifies nothing. Another issue is payment: on the website and in the price list an ultrasound is stated as 8,000 tenge, and that was the amount I had counted on, but the administrator named a different amount. To my remark she replied: "There was a different price list, oh well." This caused bewilderment — if the price list is stated clearly everywhere, where does the "different" one come from? Such moments leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I hope the organisation of the service will develop too.

I booked an appointment through Dok.kz, came in the morning and waited in the queue for a very long time.

It's unclear why the clinic offers booking on Dok.kz if it has its own internal booking system, which is what the appointments actually run on, while those who come through Dok.kz wait for hours. I was also told that it was my own fault for booking in the morning rather than two days in advance. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, terrible clinic, clowns!

I had an appointment and said straight away that I don't understand Kazakh. The doctor carried on explaining in Kazakh anyway, and not to me but to another doctor. Without asking my permission, she started teaching that other doctor how to do a 4D ultrasound. I didn't understand a word, and after the appointment my husband translated back to me what I had said. The ultrasound was superficial.
Disliked
I really didn't like that my appointment was turned into a training programme: the doctor explained in Kazakh even though I had warned her that I don't understand it, and she did it not for me but for another doctor. The training was conducted without my permission, I understood nothing, and the ultrasound turned out to be superficial.

The appointment with this doctor left me with a very bad impression. I had to wait while she finished her phone conversations, and she only received me after complaints began, because we had an appointment with another doctor. The ultrasound lasted about 3 minutes — I have never seen anything like it, although we have an ultrasound almost every month. After the ultrasound was finished I again waited, she said she was writing the conclusion, but continued her phone conversations, and only gave the conclusion after another complaint.

I did not like that the appointment was conducted incorrectly: I waited while the doctor dealt with her phone conversations. She did not clarify anything, gave no data, did not engage, the appointment lasted about 3 minutes. After the ultrasound I again had to wait, because she was again having phone conversations. In the conclusion she wrote that the left kidney is not visualised due to intestinal pneumatosis, although the kidney was removed in 2011 due to multiple cysts — what the intestine has to do with it, I do not know.

I never heard a proper answer, as if the doctor did not know what to say. We were told to have tests done, I sent her the results, she read them and did not answer anything. Time and money wasted. I do not recommend her to anyone, I give 1⭐️.
