I came for an appointment, and I was promised a 50% discount, but that turned out to be untrue. Initially they quoted a sum of 3000, but in fact that was only a consultation without the device; for the examination with the device they charged another 5000. Washing one ear cost 5000, and without a turunda, although in Astana this costs about 1500–2000. In the end they took 13000 from me.

They deceived me with the 50% discount — in reality there was none. They did not warn me in advance that 3000 was only a consultation without the device, and that the device costs an additional 5000. For washing one ear they charged 5000 without a turunda, whereas everywhere in Astana this costs about 1500–2000, that is, 5000 for one ear is very expensive. It is clear that the doctor has no experience. They should have stated the sums clearly before doing anything. Moreover, the washing was done by the doctor himself without a nurse, and everything spilled onto the child's clothes.
