I am a mother of two children, they attend this centre — Ali and Aruana Ibrayevy. We went to the speech therapist Akibayeva Ardak for 15 days, then she sent us to rest for a month and said to come back again for 15 days. That is what we did: we came back a month later.
Liked
The centre itself is good, spacious and convenient. My children like it there.
Disliked
I had a bad relationship with the speech therapist Akibayeva Ardak. When we came back a month later, she said she had no time for us. This upset me, because the children had got used to her. I believe that if you have taken us on, you should finish the job. I thought there were good, serious specialists there.
