I was booked for an 11:00 appointment, but the doctor was doing an ultrasound at that time, and I had to wait 45 minutes without any information.

In the end another doctor saw me, for which I am very grateful to her.
Disliked
No one informed me about the delay, neither the reception nor the doctors, and I had to run around and find out myself. The organisation of the service is simply terrible.

I had an appointment, and it went very well. The doctor came even earlier than the appointed time.

I liked that the doctor is very respectful, knows how to keep up a conversation not about work, and can joke. After meeting such a doctor, you start to believe that you will be cured. In the clinic everything is clear, you don't need to wander around — the rooms are in order. Overall everything is good, as it should be in a paid clinic. I would rate the appointment at 9.9 points out of 10. The doctor is simply sent from God, if I seek treatment in the future, I will try to get to her specifically.
Disliked
On the downside — there is no electronic patient call board, which causes queues. I would like this to be taken into account, as it would be convenient for both doctors and patients.
