The appointment was very difficult: I waited an enormous amount of time, in total I lost 5 hours, and the doctor kept running back and forth.
Disliked
I did not like it at all: the waiting was worse than in a state polyclinic, where it is even faster, and such organisation of appointments does not at all match the price I paid.

At reception they did not apply the discount for booking through doq.kz, even though they knew I had come via doq.kz. Instead of 3,500 tenge they charged 6,300 tenge; even when I showed a screenshot with the price of 3,500 tenge, they still calculated it incorrectly. On top of that, I was treated inappropriately, as if I were an elderly person.

I booked an ultrasound through the doq.kz website for a specific time, but in reality I had to wait in a queue for two hours, and then also wait for the result, because the doctor was busy.
