I booked an appointment with the doctor for 11:00, but when I came, I was not seen and was told that the doctor was leaving for a call.
Disliked
I did not like that I was not seen, although I had booked for a specific time. It is pointless to book an appointment by schedule if you are not seen anyway. The doctors seemed incompetent to me.

I came to an appointment with the arrhythmologist Askaraliyeva A.D., I booked for 12:00 and received confirmation by SMS. The doctor conducted a detailed consultation, and I paid for the appointment for my minor child, being a pensioner.

The doctor is a top-class specialist, I have no complaints about her, she showed professionalism and gave a detailed consultation. There was no queue specifically for the arrhythmologist.
Disliked
The organisation of work at the clinic is a complete failure: at the reception there was a huge queue of about 20 people, at the cash desk another 15. The employee at the desk turned out to be incompetent: she stated three times that the queue was live, and could not explain why they then book by time. She also did not understand the terms of the promotions for pensioners and called the administrator. Because of this mess and the incompetence of the staff, the work of excellent doctors is completely negated, the management urgently needs to sort out the logistics and think about the quality of management.
