The appointment with this doctor took only 15 minutes.

The doctor turned out to be terrible. I was prescribed tests costing 75 thousand, and a colonoscopy with a biopsy for 75 thousand. Now they don't answer me at all.

I had OGD twice personally with this doctor, and both times everything was done at a good level.
Liked
The doctor himself is a professional, although he is a bit odd and speaks quietly, you have to listen closely. He performed the OGD procedure well.
Disliked
There are a lot of people at the clinic, everyone tries to jump the queue, someone just wants to ask something, and this creates nervousness among those waiting. Overall the impression of the clinic is sad: everything is outdated — both the equipment and the furniture. In the waiting area the conditions are simply terrible. The reception staff and junior staff behave as if we are being treated at their expense and are annoyingly getting in their way. It seems that money is not being invested in the clinic. For myself, I decided that for this money one can now find better conditions.

I came for an appointment, and the doctor helped me cope with a problem I couldn't solve for three years. Then I brought my sister with acute pain — she had been treated with drips at another centre and had suffered for three days. The doctor examined her and immediately said it was acute appendicitis and sent her by ambulance. She was operated on.

I paid for the consultation and the OGD, but the doctor did not consult me. He said I should read on the internet, and asked what he was supposed to sign here for. He did not listen to my complaints, but simply concluded that I was an alcoholic, even though I am a lead engineer at a private firm. He did the OGD very unprofessionally, my whole larynx is scratched. After the visit I was in shock, it is simply a nightmare.

The doctor is actually terrible. I couldn't assess his professional abilities because it never got that far. He didn't consult me, didn't listen to my complaints, told me to read on the internet, concluded that I was an alcoholic, and performed the OGD very unprofessionally, scratching my entire larynx. It's just a nightmare, I was in shock after the visit.
