We booked 3-4 days in advance, and came to the appointment with the ophthalmologist at 20:30. The doctor sees both those who have booked and those without an appointment.
Disliked
The doctor cannot explain himself clearly and at the same time demands that we wait for him, referring to the Administration — supposedly it is all because of their mistakes. Then they called and said that we had 'run away'. Never again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Before going to an appointment, make sure by calling the number and asking whether he is free and whether he will be able to see you on time. Otherwise even the Administration does not really decide anything, they just sit on their phones. I was very disappointed today.
