Patient story
I took my daughter Zhanel for the first time on 02.10.2023 to an appointment with Ayan Manatuly. He recommended eye care, taking vitamins and eye drops for one month. We took the prescribed vitamins and eye drops for one month. Today, 03.11.2023 at 17:30, we were at a follow-up appointment, and I was glad when he said there is progress.

I came to the appointment and was about 10 minutes late: I arrived at 18.40, but only got in to see the doctor at 19.30.

The doctor is good.
Disliked
I did not like the administrator at the reception. The doctor, it turns out, was free, but I was not called in to see him, and he did not know that he had an appointment. Because of this I waited so long — it all happened through the fault of the reception.
