I came for the appointment, but ended up in the walk-in queue because they were not seeing patients by booking.
Disliked
I wasted my time. Instead of removing the earwax plug, the doctor went over it with a vacuum for a couple of seconds. I do not recommend.

The appointment took place, the doctor is generally all right, but the booking was under a promotion for 3500, and at the same time for the video examination they somehow charged another 3000, although with a regular booking it is 1000 tenge. Right away they prescribed an X-ray for 6900, as well as a CBC and CRP test, and for those it somehow came to 11 thousand — supposedly antibiotics are not prescribed without them.
