Last night we booked an appointment with an ENT specialist under a promotion.
Disliked
I did not like that I was asked to pay extra for an examination with a camera in order to make an accurate diagnosis. It is as if a physician first counted the pulse with a pen and then, for an extra fee, measured it electronically or listened with a stethoscope. I wonder, if I had refused the camera, would they have given me an approximate diagnosis?

Emirmed only thinks about making money out of sick people. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health. Just wait for the inspection.

I came through a discount site. The doctor seemed displeased, as if to say, you came through a discount site. It turned out that examining the ear cost extra, and she asked whether I had money on me. Then she tested both my ears and said there was pus. The next day, when we took me to have my ear washed out, she was not there, another doctor saw me and said she had not tested my ear properly.

Not a doctor you can go to at all. If you come through the site, she does not treat you like a human being. I do not know what it means to test an ear anyhow, especially a small child's.

I booked an appointment through the website as part of a promotion and came with a child who had a severe earache. The doctor said she would not do an examination because it was supposedly only a consultation. After I protested, she nevertheless agreed to look at the ear with an instrument, but did not identify a diagnosis and said that an incision had to be made and the fluid pumped out. I am hearing this for the first time.

I booked an appointment through the doq.kz website with a 3500 discount. The doctor told me that since I had a discounted booking, I had to pay for video endoscopy. In the end, the total came to the same amount as without the website discount. I checked with reception: if you come without a booking, the appointment costs 5000, and with video endoscopy — 6000, that is, the difference for this service is 1000 tenge. And since I booked with a discount, they asked me to pay 2500.
