My dad and I first came to Yelnar Khyzyrovich when my dad had a severe headache and dizziness. The doctor listened to me, prescribed treatment, and my dad felt significantly better. Today I came to Yelnar Khyzyrovich myself, already because of my own emotional state.

I really liked the way the doctor talks to the patient: calmly, sincerely, attentively and with great compassion. There was no feeling that I was listened to quickly and sent home. He really tries to understand the person and support them. After the appointment I left with an surprisingly warm feeling and hope that everything can be changed and that one can gradually return to a normal life. Thank you for the professionalism, the human attitude and the support. I am very glad that we once found exactly this doctor. I definitely recommend him!

At the same time I received neither a referral for an EEG nor to a hearing specialist — everything was somehow hit-or-miss: take the pills and go to an osteopath.
