I came for an appointment with bloody discharge, fibroids and an endometrioid cyst.
Disliked
During the appointment the doctor behaved very rudely, even though I complained of severe pain. Instead of discussing my underlying condition, she spent most of the consultation talking about "sluggishness", "parasites", "acidification of the body" and the need for a "liver detox", for which she referred me to another doctor. I was prescribed mainly vitamins and supplements, but the doctor did not request the blood biochemistry results, although she recommended "liver treatment". She also persistently tried to persuade me to have a child, even though I said straight away that I was not planning a pregnancy. After the appointment I was left with the feeling that my main complaints and diagnoses had not been given due attention.

I had an appointment with a doctor named Aidarbekova Akmaral Sainovna. I could not get in on time for the appointment and had to wait about 50 minutes.

The doctor received me very well, my spirits were lifted, she explained everything to me clearly. During the appointment there was no fear at all. I give the doctor's work a 10. Overall, I am satisfied with the doctor.

I could not get in on time for the appointment, I waited about 50 minutes. In addition, the attitude of some of the clinic's staff was unpleasant, especially I did not like the way two girls spoke — when I asked a question, they said they did not understand and asked me to get up from my seat. In this regard, I was not satisfied. I think the clinic's culture of service needs to be improved.
