I had an appointment at 17:00, but the doctor made me sit and wait a whole hour because she was supposedly running late.
Disliked
The clinic is generally rude and irresponsible. The doctor knew she had an appointment at 17:00, but made me wait a whole hour. After 40 minutes of waiting she even said: "if she doesn't want to wait, she can leave".
