I booked an appointment as usual, but in reality I had to sit in the queue for 40–60 minutes. It is unclear why this clinic even offers appointments. The doctor seemed fine, but she urgently referred me to a mammologist, even though in fact it was just an obstetrician-gynaecologist. I know that they can also examine the breast and prescribe treatment, but I needed a mammologist specifically, so I did not go with her referral.

They also urgently referred me to a mammologist, even though it was just an obstetrician-gynaecologist. All they care about is sending everyone to each other, that is the only way they make money.

Today I had an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound with Balkiya Balgabayevna.

She is a very attentive and competent specialist. She speaks in a calm voice, tells you what position to take, and during the examination gives clear explanations that are understandable to a person without a medical education. The report is described in detail. I really liked it: she is sensitive and reserved, and that is exactly what a specialist should be like. Huge thanks to her!

We booked a pelvic ultrasound through the website, but when we arrived, we were told that patients are seen in order of a live queue. In the end we waited about 50 minutes, even though the appointment had been booked in advance.
Disliked
We had to wait a very long time. The doctor was seeing patients alone and, besides the ultrasound itself, she also filled out and printed the reports herself, so the appointment took longer. It would be much more convenient if a nurse helped the doctor with preparing the results — then the waiting time for patients would be shorter. I hope the organisation of appointments will be improved so that booking through the website really matches the appointed time.

I came for the appointment at the time I had booked in advance, but I was told that patients are seen in order of a live queue, and there were 7 people ahead of me. Each person is seen for 15-20 minutes, so I would only have been seen 2-2.5 hours after my booked time.

People should be warned about such things in advance, because at home I left a breastfed baby who cannot be without his mother for that long.
