I booked an appointment with this doctor, but I could not get to see her — I was sent to another one. This is already the second time that I book specifically with her, and in the end I end up with another doctor.

I do not like that for the second time I do not get to see this doctor, and I am sent to another one. Also the website shows the wrong schedule: on Monday it says the doctor is working, but you come for your appointment — and it turns out she has a day off.

I go for ultrasounds at Emirmed, I book in advance, but for the third time now I have been sitting in a queue for at least an hour.

I have no complaints about the doctor himself.
Disliked
It is inconvenient for me to wait in a queue, even though I book in advance. There are very many queues, and that is bad, because I pay money — why should I have to stand in a queue? Even just to have tests done, there is a huge queue there, you can sit with two people.
