I booked an appointment for 15.00, paid the money, but in fact I had to sit in a walk-in queue, and all the people were indignant. I have a breastfed baby, I barely got away, I only went in at 15.50. Then I went for an ultrasound, where the procedure takes 20 minutes, but the girl who does it was not there — one girl for the whole floor.

How am I supposed to plan my time if I went in at 15.50 instead of 15.00. At the ultrasound the girl who does it is not there, one girl for the whole floor. Your management and organisational side are lacking, honestly, I no longer have any desire to come.

I booked an appointment for 21:30, but I had to wait in the queue for a very long time. The girl who was before me went in at 21:10 and only came out at 22:10. I had a temperature of nearly 40, I sat and cried from the pain while I waited.

Good evening! I had an appointment with Balkiya Balgabayevna. We asked questions about the diagnosis, but we never heard a clear answer. She wrote the results while peeking at Google, and we also had questions about the scans — she said everything was fine and sent us on to a gynaecologist and so on.
Disliked
Overall I did not like the attitude towards patients. I ask that the doctor be sent for retraining so that they give accurate answers… and that incompetent people do not sit there and shame Emirmed 🤦🏼♀️ I am disappointed!
