I came to the appointment later than the scheduled time, but it wasn't that bad because the delay was small. During the procedure I told her that the doctor suspects inflammation; she verbally confirmed it. I took the report, sent it to my doctor, and he said that everything was fine in the ultrasound report. Now I don't know what to think: either I was given the wrong report, or what. Why did she say verbally "yes, inflammation", but in the report she wrote that everything was fine? Also at this medical centre I wanted to have tests done, but there everything is somehow not humane: they ask at which laboratory I want to do them — at Alatau Lab? I asked if there were other options, they say yes, a few more. I ask if there is a difference, they say in the price. I ask how much in the price. She says it's cheaper at Alatau Lab, should I do it there? I say no, tell me what the difference in price is, I need the one where it's quick, because I'm ill, I feel unwell, and they don't prescribe treatment without tests. They tell me to go to the reception desk, count it there. And I had even sent them the list of tests the evening before. Could they really not have warned me that the same tests can be done with them at different prices, that I would have to wait for them to calculate the difference for me? The whole time I was sitting in the queue, they could have calculated it then, instead of this: I came in, already sat down, and they send me to the reception desk!

I did not like that the doctor verbally confirmed inflammation, but in the ultrasound report wrote that everything was fine, and now I do not understand what to believe. I also did not like how tests are organised at this medical centre: they ask at which laboratory to do them, do not warn in advance that the same tests can be done at different prices, and do not immediately tell you the price difference. I had to sit in a queue, and then I was sent to reception to calculate the difference, even though I had sent the list of tests the evening before. I will never set foot in this medical centre again, and I would not recommend it to anyone!

After that, less than a week later, my uterus started hurting and I went to the emergency department. The doctor there said antibiotics should have been prescribed immediately. I entered it into Chat-GPT and took Levomak.
