I booked through the website, the appointment was confirmed. At the appointment I was told that I was not in the booking, and I was referred again — for an ultrasound and to a specialist.
Disliked
The cost of the appointment was stated as 17,000 tenge, but in the end for a pensioner the appointment cost 30,000 tenge. In Almaty, an appointment with a phlebologist costs 4,700 tenge and an ultrasound is included as a gift.

I made the appointment through the Doc system, but the appointment never took place. My mother came from another city, and the doctor was not there — at the Rakhat clinic my appointment was simply not seen.

I do not know who is to blame, but there was no appointment. Because the Rakhat clinic did not see the appointment through Doc, my mother had to travel from another city for nothing, the doctor was not there. We came in vain. Zero stars.
