Patient story
I had an appointment with Dr Ayupova Bakhtygul Omarbekovna. I was examined carefully, even palpated manually, my skin was checked, and the test results were studied in detail. To be sure, I was referred for repeat tests.

I am very grateful to this doctor! She is not only an excellent haematologist, but also a wonderful specialist in pulmonology and allergology. From the very first minutes you feel her attention and care. The fact that she did not limit herself to formal results and referred me for repeat tests inspires confidence and trust. I am absolutely delighted by her professionalism, attentiveness and human touch! A true doctor with a capital D, to whom you can entrust your health. A wonderful doctor, a professional in her field. The amazing energy of this person calmed me down. I highly recommend her — there are very few such specialists.

Hello! My son Daniyal and I had an appointment today with Ayupova Bakhytgul Omarbekovna, we were booked for 11.00. We went in on time, that is, there was no waiting, although usually that doesn't happen. We came with ready tests, a complete blood count and others.

Honestly, I was satisfied. The doctor checked my blood pressure, examined my abdomen, shoulder area and throat. The doctor is qualified and pleasant. She prescribed additional tests.

The appointment was with a very pleasant doctor. The doctor asked me about the symptoms and said that even without tests, signs of anaemia were noticeable in my daughter. They examined me, listened to me, measured my blood pressure — everything according to the protocol. They prescribed tests and gave recommendations until the next appointment.

Two months ago I had an appointment with the nephrologist Aupova Bakhtygul Omarbekovna. I brought my tests with me, and Bakhtygul Omarbekovna listened to me attentively, figured out what the problem was, and looked at my tests.

Patient story
The appointment with the doctor took place, and based on its results I was prescribed only supplements for a two-year-old child. The doctor also wrote her registration number on a piece of paper so that the purchase would go through her and bonuses or salaries would be transferred to her account. She prescribed a peptide for a two-year-old child and sent us to her pharmacy so that we would buy it.
Disliked
This is definitely not treatment but commerce. She did not properly explain what she prescribed. Peptides are not cheap. Doctors in network business — that is terrible. I do not recommend the doctor. I will write to the Ministry of Health and also to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Your company, your service and all the doctors need to be checked. Why does the Ministry of Health not control doctors, what and how they prescribe supplements, peptides and ultimately medicines!
