I came from Atyrau Region; my mother used to be treated by this doctor, and now I have come to her too, and I am treated only at DostarMed. At the entrance I was met with a kind and caring attitude; the girl at reception consulted with a colleague and immediately sent me to a neurologist; before that I had an ECG. The woman doing the ECG reassured me about my fears, said that it might be from neuralgias or something of that sort, and I left her already reassured. From Ulbike I immediately learned a lot of useful things: it turns out that because of my anaemia I have a dullness in the back of my neck. I was prescribed tablets and injections, and from next year, as soon as it is possible to have an MRI of the head again, I will come to her again. Before that I went to neurosurgeons at the neurosurgery centre on Turan Avenue, but there the appointments are fully booked.

I trust only this doctor, she is the best! Ulbike khanym is a polite, kind person and the best specialist in her field. On entering, I am met with a kind, caring attitude; after listening to complaints about our ailments, they immediately offer help — and this begins right from the entrance to Dostarmed. The woman doing the ECG is also a good specialist. I know that the neurologists are the best at Dostarmed. A good attitude, care and a qualified doctor — this is the beginning of recovery. I want to book an online appointment with her: as soon as I have my tests done, I will book with her right away. God grant us a meeting.

At the neurosurgery centre on Turan Avenue, where I went to the neurosurgeons before this, the appointments are fully booked. If only good doctors could be retained in state-funded polyclinics.
