Booking through the website costs 5,000 more. The staff at the clinic treat you as if I were at a bazaar: "take it if you want, leave if you don't like it". To complete the picture, only sunflower seeds are missing.

But I am shocked by the booking fees: the appointment costs 10,000 tenge, and I paid 15,000 tenge — the booking commission was 5,000 tenge. I am disappointed in the Doq.kz website. I wish I had called the clinic and booked for free.
