I came for an appointment because I had read the reviews beforehand. The doctor examined the child, but in my opinion did not really do so, and referred us to hospital for admission. We went to the hospital with sick children, sat in the queue, and there they told us to treat at home and wrote out a prescription. For an appointment that lasted only 10 minutes and at which I heard nothing useful, I paid 12 thousand.

The doctor did not help us at all, I think the reviews are fake. She did not properly examine the child, only sent us to hospital for admission. At the hospital we sat in the queue with sick children, and there they told us to treat at home, writing out a prescription. For 10 minutes of an appointment where I heard nothing useful, I paid 12 thousand.

We went to this haematologist in Astana because our dad was really unwell: in Almaty he had been operated on four times in a year, but there was no improvement. As it turned out, the cause was anaemia — the body was exhausted and could not cope. Now everything is fine, and now we take our children to this doctor.
