We came for an appointment with Alma Rakhimzhanovna, and she prescribed injections and vitamins for us. We are taking everything as prescribed, and within two weeks the child's haemoglobin rose from 98 to 122, and the platelets decreased from 694 to 470. We are also taking the vitamins properly. Before this we had consulted other haematologists, but they only prescribed drops, and there was no effect at all. In a month we are going to see her for an appointment again.

I did not like the appointment. The doctor is incompetent. She prescribed many tests, by our estimates around 100 thousand. She talked a lot about things beside the point. I did not like that, as a doctor, she discouraged sports.

The doctor was mainly busy entering data into the computer, she never prescribed inhalations for me, although I asked several times, and she prescribed an antibiotic. She was unable to win me over. I had to figure out the scales myself to find out the weight, and the measuring stick for height — as a parent who paid for the service, it was unpleasant for me that the doctor sat and told me what to do. In the end, the parasite tests finished me off. I believe that if they charge 12 thousand for an appointment, they need to improve their qualifications in paediatrics. In the end we went to an ordinary polyclinic, where they examined us 100 times better.
