I went into Baratova Gulmira Zhanyzakovna's office to ask for help.
Disliked
She immediately stated in a rude tone that she couldn't help with anything, and didn't even ask what I needed from her. All that time she was loudly watching some video on her phone and didn't turn it off or turn down the sound. The phone was drowning out her voice, and she kept repeating that she wouldn't help with anything, and didn't raise her head from the phone. My number is listed here — call and ask, find out.
