I booked an appointment through Doc, according to his schedule, at the address Kuishi Dina 9. At the Emirmed reception desk they said nothing and sent me to room 314. I paid and waited 1.5 hours until I called the call centre. It turned out that the doctor was supposedly off that day, and I had been waiting in vain. The refund only came a week later.

I came to the appointment with a ready CBC, in which the platelets were elevated. I asked the doctor whether platelets could be elevated because of an ARVI.
Disliked
The doctor was absolutely indifferent. To my question he replied that this could not be, but at the same time he prescribed C-reactive protein in the tests. The clinic is out to make money on tests, they add a bunch of unnecessary tests. I thought the doctor was adequate, but it turns out he pushes commercial services. I do not recommend trusting this clinic: you will have all the tests done, you will come — they will refer you to other specialists, they will keep passing you around and will not say anything useful.

We came for an appointment with the specialist, having all the ready test results in hand, and hoped for a full consultation.
Disliked
The doctor hardly paid any attention to our test results and in the end prescribed just one vitamin. It is unclear why we even needed to have the tests done. I was left with the feeling that the approach was superficial and there was no interest in the treatment. We are disappointed with the appointment.
