I had an appointment with the doctor, and I was prescribed only symptomatic therapy.
Disliked
Because of the wrong treatment I lost 3 days, and in the end an abscess formed and it has to be opened. The doctor doesn't know how to make diagnoses — she should have sent me to others instead of dragging out the time. A doctor like that should have her licence taken away, and I don't advise anyone to go to her.

Our whole family has been going to this hospital for more than 2 years, and before I liked that treatment was prescribed. But lately the diagnoses have stopped matching up. With my child I had to urgently look for another doctor. We saw other doctors at the same hospital too — the same thing: only paying for the appointment, and no treatment, diagnoses are made incorrectly. We had an X-ray done at this hospital.

Lately the diagnoses have stopped matching up. It's all about money here, and no treatment at all. With other doctors at the same hospital it's the same: you only pay for the appointment, there's no treatment, and the diagnoses are made incorrectly. We are very disappointed in this hospital, and we have to look for other doctors in order to get correct diagnoses and treatment in future. The consultation, in terms of waiting time, takes 5 minutes, and they make incorrect diagnoses. The staff are rude.

I had an appointment with my child, and everything went well. The doctor is a competent specialist and an excellent doctor. My child held up well, the doctor calmed him, talked to him and explained everything to him.

I really liked that the doctor talked to my child, calmed him and explained things to him. She didn't prescribe any unnecessary medications, only what was needed. Many thanks to her. I recommend her, especially if your child gets ill — be sure to go to her.

We came for an appointment with our little one, and Kulyash Sabyrovna examined him carefully. She found a foreign body and quickly removed it — it was exactly what had been causing our prolonged runny nose.

We came for an appointment, waited half an hour, but the doctor never showed up. Instead, a young member of staff saw us. I was told that the doctor wasn't seeing patients at all today. Late in the evening I travelled across the whole city with my child specifically for this appointment.

Why give false hope? This is irresponsibility and negligence! They could have at least called and warned us! I absolutely do not recommend either the doctor or the clinic!
