I booked my sister in with Elliana Rashitovna, choosing her based on the reviews, and I was not mistaken. The appointment took place, and afterwards the doctor was always in touch.

Elliana Rashitovna is a wonderful doctor. Based on the results of additional tests, she adjusted the treatment and explained everything clearly and accessibly along the way. I am so glad that we ended up with her. We will go for check-ups as a whole family and I highly recommend consulting her specifically on all matters related to the gastrointestinal tract.

I booked an appointment and saw the doctor at the appointed time; I was seen without delay. The clinic is clean, tidy and everything is sterile.

I want to say a big thank you to Elina Rashitovna — she really is a doctor of the highest category. After her examination and prescriptions, the child immediately felt better, and the appetite appeared on the very first day. I really liked her clinic, I recommend her.

Before I got to Ellina Rashitovna, I had already had appointments with three gastroenterologists. They prescribed me many tests and medicines, but the problem did not go away, the stomach pain continued, and it even got worse.
Liked
Ellina Rashitovna approached my problem not only as a gastroenterologist, but also from the psychological side. She listened to me attentively and prescribed a minimum of medicines. Already after 2 weeks I felt an improvement. Besides, she is always in touch, replies to messages on WhatsApp, adjusts prescriptions taking into account symptoms, and gives dietary recommendations. Apart from her professionalism, she is a very responsible, empathetic and sensitive doctor, of whom there are few nowadays, who works not for money, but so that the patient truly recovers. I am grateful to Ellina Rashitovna for being there and working in the city of Astana 💚
