I came to the clinic for a certificate. They require payment there before the appointment, and I paid. The doctor told me that he would not give me the certificate, because in addition to the tests I had brought, others were also needed. In the end, the money was not returned to me; they said that the consultation had taken place. Although, apart from the refusal, I heard nothing. In the end, I got the certificate at another clinic, and there no additional tests were required.
