We flew to Astana for 7 days, I came to the appointment with my child, I asked to remove small warts and prescribe treatment, because we are flying away. The doctor, without announcing the price, took us for removal, and at the 6th or 7th removal she said that each one costs 10 thousand. After the appointment, the child broke out in warts after Groprinosin. She issued a bill for 100 thousand tg, including pharmacy medications, plus 20 thousand tg, she asked us to take a bunch of tests at OLIMP for 63 thousand tg. She gave a phone number where a bot answers, not her. A day later I had to come just for one question, because there is no way to get in touch with her at all. For 3 minutes of conversation she brazenly issued a bill for 10 thousand tg, as if she had conducted an appointment. I stood there for a whole hour, sorting out that there had been no appointment and she had not even prescribed treatment.

Incompetent, don't go to her, I don't recommend. We encountered an arrogant form of forced payment. Don't fall for it, don't go to Lucem clinic, they try to milk money. Competent specialists should have feedback with the patient, but she doesn't care.

I was prescribed allergy tests, including the ISAC test and others, by filling in an Olympus form. I found out about this only after I had been to the doctor.
Disliked
The doctor prescribed me allergy tests for 166 thousand tenge, filling in an Olympus form. If you don't know, the doctor writes their full name on this form, and when you bring the paper to the laboratory, they credit the doctor with a percentage. I could have simply taken an immunoglobulin test for 5 thousand tenge and found out whether I even have an allergy, and only then, if the result was positive, take the ISAC test to understand what exactly I am allergic to. It's a pity that I only found all this out after I told my doctor friend.
