I booked an appointment at a private clinic for a specific time, but the appointment started late. The doctor repeated the same thing several times, I had to interrupt her and directly ask what to do and how to treat. A lot of tests were prescribed, I took them all. The next day I came for a drip, and it turned out that I had a rash — measles.
Disliked
I did not like that the appointment started late, despite the scheduled time. The doctor repeated herself without giving clear instructions on treatment, and prescribed a bunch of tests. In the end, the next day it turned out that I had measles, so I cannot recommend this doctor.

I came to this appointment, and the doctor seemed more like a physician than a rheumatologist. She told me that I needed to have several tests done right there. I waited, came back in with the results and agreed, since I could clarify things. She could not say exactly why my hand was swollen, because all the tests came back normal.

I did not like that the doctor did not prescribe the necessary examination. Only in February 2025, after independently studying all the symptoms, I realised that I should have been referred for densitometry. Because of this, I had to figure everything out on my own, as if I were preparing for my medical diploma exams.

I came from Uralsk and had an appointment with this doctor. She explained everything very well, stayed in touch and told me to write to her when the test results came out. After receiving the results, she referred me to an allergist, and when I was at the allergist's appointment, she also came in and asked about my condition.
