I have been seeing this gynaecologist in Astana for the last 5 years and only go to her for check-ups.
This is the best gynaecologist in Astana: true professionalism, gentle hands, she always finds slots for appointments and always answers the phone if something is urgent. Thank you, I am grateful to you.
My appointment was at night; the doctor still had a whole shift ahead of her, but she was already tired.
I was given no information at all; I had to ask again about everything myself. The doctor is reluctant to engage, and she wasn't really interested in me. For that kind of money, you also have to sit there while she's displeased. Better not to waste either time or money — you won't get the information you need anyway.

After I gave my year of birth, the doctor looked at me with contempt — I would not have noticed this if my friend, who came in with me, had not told me about it. The doctor asked several times why I had not taken a pregnancy test, even though my problem was different and I was sure that I was not pregnant. This embarrassed me greatly and made me doubt, I felt extremely uncomfortable. After sending me to the ultrasound specialist, the doctor continued to pressure me, hinting that I was pregnant, even though the ultrasound clearly showed the opposite.

I had an appointment, I heard the words gynaecologists usually say. I was not satisfied with 17 thousand, I went expecting 10 thousand, but I paid an additional 7 thousand to the doctor and had a simple ultrasound scan.

Before this I had had 4 IUDs: I had IUDs fitted in expensive private clinics with ultrasound monitoring and without monitoring, as well as in a state clinic, but none of them could fit it properly. On 9 March I had an IUD fitted by this doctor. Today, 11 days later, I went for a follow-up ultrasound.
The doctor has a light touch, it did not hurt, she fitted it very carefully and responsibly, and explained everything. On the follow-up ultrasound the IUD is in place. Many thanks, may God bless her.
