Patient story
I came for an appointment, and the doctor seemed strange to me: he told me to take tests and send them via WhatsApp so that he could have a preliminary look and schedule a time. We did all of this, paid a lot of money for the tests, sent them — and after that both the doctor and the clinic administrator disappeared.
Disliked
I don't understand what is happening now with medical workers and clinics: there is neither qualification, nor experience, nor reliability. We pay what seems like not small money for appointments, we don't come for free. In the end, I cured my son myself, and there was no use from two doctors.

The clinic is clean and cosy, overall everything is not bad.
Disliked
The doctor referred me for an X-ray and took money for it, although I had asked the clinic administration in advance whether any images were needed. I think I would not consult this doctor again.

I brought my child for an appointment with a paediatric ENT specialist. There were many other specialists at the clinic, but I intuitively felt that it was exactly her that we needed. She performed the necessary procedures and examined all the ENT organs — ears and nose, although our problems were specifically with the throat.
Liked
The doctor is a professional in her field, very competent and experienced in her area, she has a distinctive approach to children. She gave important advice. We were very pleased with her work and recommend her to everyone who needs specifically a paediatric ENT doctor.
