I booked a gynaecological massage that the doctor prescribed for me, so as not to stuff myself with medicines. I came for the appointment, but it turned out that the doctor does not perform this procedure — she says she has already forgotten it, and claims that nowadays nobody performs it at all. Moreover, they did not even know that I was booked, and that it was specifically for such a procedure.

The doctor refused to perform the prescribed massage, said she had forgotten it, and stated that nowadays nobody performs this procedure. So why write on the website that such a service is available, if your doctors do not know how and refuse to perform it? They also did not know about my booking and that it was specifically for such a procedure. I only wasted my time!
