I have a complaint about dog.kz: they do not pass on the information to the clinic where they book you in. At the clinic itself, Medical Centre Samruk, the administrator Madina is incompetent — she does not know how to talk to people, cannot explain anything, referring to the fact that I booked through dog.kz. When it turned out that there was no anaesthetist available for my appointment time, I heard from the administration that this was not her problem, and again that I was booked through dog.kz. Also, check the price: I was told one amount, but in fact I was billed another.
