Disliked
The booking service works disgustingly, no one focuses on the client. They tell me to call at one time, then at another, and some problems constantly arise. Let them replace the manager who is responsible for booking in the queue, or teach him to work.

The attitude towards the patient is terrible. The queue to the doctor is created artificially. And to skip the queue, I was offered to pay an extra 25,000 tenge.
