I came for an appointment, I was given a diagnosis and prescribed treatment, I had tests done.
Disliked
They took the money for practically nothing: the diagnosis turned out to be wrong, the prescribed treatment did not help, and all the tests were normal. The correct diagnosis was made by another dermatologist. I do not understand why in such cases the money for the appointment is not refunded.

After the coronavirus vaccination my hair fell out in places — 4 patches. I was very worried and did not know what to do or who to go to. I was advised to go to the Anna Vee clinic, I went for a consultation, paid 10 thousand for the appointment, but received only a note in my hands and a referral for tests, nothing more. I did not like that appointment. Then on doq.kz I found Nurgul Maksatovna, and I liked her right away. The first appointment went the way I expected and wanted: I found out why hair falls out, how to fight it, treatment started right away, and within a week there was a result.

I have grown very fond of Bekbauova Nurgul Maksatovna both as a doctor and as a person. I go to her appointments with a calm soul and confidence. I want to express my gratitude to her for her care, for her warm attitude towards patients — she remembers every patient by name — and for her advice. I wish her good health, women's happiness, that her wishes come true and her goals achieve results.

Nurgul Maksatovna is a professional specialist and a kind, caring person. Thanks to her, the removal of the wart was painless both physically and psychologically. She treats children very tenderly, and I think all her patients too, and she gave great moral support to both me and my daughter. After the removal she was always in touch and answered all my questions about the healing of the wound. There is no trace left of the wart. I want to say a big thank you to Nurgul Maksatovna for her professionalism, support and her big kind heart!
