I came for an appointment by booking, but they did not see me by booking, and instead started shouting that there was a live queue. I stood at the reception for about 35 minutes, and I was with a 4-month-old baby.
Disliked
They do not see you by booking and shout that there is a live queue — why book then, if there is a live queue, it is complete lawlessness. At the reception they made a mistake and took too much money: it should have been 6100, but they took 7350. I stood at the reception for a long time, about 35 minutes, the staff at the reception are completely inexperienced. I stood waiting with a 4-month-old baby, it was awful. I want the management to take measures.
