I booked an appointment by time, but when booking I was not told that I would still have to go in through the walk-in queue. It is a good thing that few people go for a paranasal sinus X-ray, but if I had gone for a CT scan, I would have got in about two hours later — there are a lot of people.

I had a chest X-ray. From the very moment I entered the room, it was clear that everything was well organised and the staff were attentive. The healthcare worker politely and thoroughly explained everything, so there was no unnecessary anxiety. The equipment is modern, the image was taken in literally a few seconds, and the examination itself took a minimum of time. Everything went quickly, comfortably and without queues.

I booked an appointment through the website and chose a time to fit around my own schedule and transport. When I arrived, it turned out that there was a walk-in queue, and nobody pays any attention to the fact that I had booked a specific time.
Disliked
I did not like that the clinic does not honour the commitments stated on the website. If appointments are still on a walk-in queue basis, then the time booking should be removed and this should be stated honestly. There was another clinic where the doctor is more experienced and closer to home, but there too it is a walk-in queue. I could have gone there, but I was misled: the Emirmed website said that appointments are by the time you book.

I do not understand why it is impossible to schedule appointments by time. While I was standing in the queue with my child, there was a person with a very severe cough nearby. As a result, having come with one diagnosis, you can go home with some virus as well.

I very much doubt that the diagnosis was made correctly. They see patients quickly, anyhow, everything like some kind of conveyor belt.
