I came for an appointment with Anna Ivanovna specially from Kyzylorda. I sought help because of dizziness and tinnitus that appeared after a road accident. Before that, doctors attributed my complaints either to osteochondrosis, or to the teenage period, or to stress. The appointment lasted 2 hours, and we started treatment.

I came for an appointment with the otoneurologist Dr Anna Bektayeva with severe dizziness and nausea. The appointment lasted 1.5 hours: the doctor examined me, asked in detail about all the symptoms and performed a number of different medical procedures. I was referred for an MRI, audiometry and tests, and medicines were also prescribed.

I came for an appointment with Dr Bektayeva A.I. because of dizziness. The attacks were severe and lasted 15-20 seconds. To be honest, I did not believe that everything could be resolved in one appointment. The doctor treated me with sympathy, performed an examination, diagnostics and tests, and made a diagnosis. Then she explained what I was dealing with and how we would fix it together. I was very scared, but everything worked out on the first try. The next day I felt almost like before. Diagnosis: benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
