I booked an appointment with Zhanar Serikbayevna because I had read good reviews, and I have never regretted it. The consultation took place online and lasted an hour and a half without a break. Now, it seems to me, there is no difference between an in-person appointment and one over the internet, and besides, it is more convenient this way if you live in the capital, where there are constant traffic jams. Ahead of me lies a two-week course of treatment under her supervision.

The doctor is very qualified, she never stops learning and discovering something new. Besides my main problem, she noticed my emotional state and said that it too is directly connected to the head. I had suspected this myself, but having received a precise answer, I was recommended to see a psychotherapist, and I will certainly do so. I really liked that the person sincerely wanted to help. I was told many new things, everything was explained as it is, I was asked whether I still had questions, they answered and supported me, said that everything would be fine and everything is solvable. It is a great rarity when a problem is examined from all sides, thoroughly, and not superficially. I was satisfied with the consultation and I recommend her.

I had an appointment together with my child with Ms Beisenbayeva Zhanar. She reviewed and identified all the tests, explained everything to me and prescribed the necessary treatment.

Ms Zhanar is very wonderful, a strong specialist in her field. I am very glad to have met such a qualified, strong specialist. May there be many such qualified and educated specialists in our country.

Before this I took my child to various doctors. At Zaman Clinic the infectious disease specialist said it was parasites and piled on the medicines, made us take various medicines saying the gastrointestinal tract was not right, and at the Clinic of Family Doctors the gastroenterologist prescribed unnecessary Creon saying the pancreas was not right. As a result, the only outcome was that my child had constipation and vomiting. In fact, everything was fine with my child, the tests were not read correctly, perhaps they could not read them. They could not even correctly distinguish calprotectin in the tests. Besides prescribing medicine saying there was inflammation in the intestine twice as high, they did not even notice that it was written that the pancreas was fine.
