I had to stand in a queue at the cash desk, pay for the appointment and go up to the doctor. The doctor examined very quickly and sent us for an X-ray, and he didn't even treat the wound on the child's finger. Then again I had to stand in a queue at the cash desk to pay for the X-ray, then another queue — this time for the X-ray itself. With the result of the scan we went up to the doctor, he again looked very quickly and said that it seemed to be a fracture and a cast was needed for 20 days. We consulted two more doctors, and it turned out that there was no fracture, just a bruise.

I didn't like that the doctor examined very quickly and didn't treat the wound on the child's finger. I had to stand in queues several times — first at the cash desk for the appointment, then again at the cash desk for the X-ray, and then for the X-ray itself. Based on the scan, the doctor assumed a fracture and prescribed a cast for 20 days, although two other doctors found that there was no fracture, only a bruise.
