I came for an appointment at a private clinic, paid for the visit, but the doctor did not even write up a record. After the second appointment, I developed a fever at home, and the doctor said that everything was fine. I asked whether it might be coronavirus, but she answered that it was not, everything was normal, and that it was intercostal neuralgia. Later I went to my general practitioner, and I was referred for a PCR test, the result of which I am now waiting for. When I called an ambulance, they asked to show the doctor's records, but I could not provide anything because she had not kept them.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor did not make a record of the appointment, even though I paid money. She also did not take my symptoms seriously and did not check for the possibility of coronavirus, because of which I had problems with the ambulance when I could not show the records. I do not understand why they act this way in a private clinic.
