I booked an appointment with a plastic surgeon and waited a whole month, fitting all my plans around that day. Two days before the visit I wrote to the administrator myself to confirm the time.
Disliked
They only replied after I wrote myself, and told me that the doctor would not be there, suggesting I come two days earlier. There was no apology, and no alternative date was offered either.
