They called and messaged me all day, asking me to come 20 minutes earlier. I came 30 minutes earlier, but the doctor had already left. When I asked why she wasn't there, I was told that she had no appointments before me, so she decided to leave to take care of her own business. The appointment was conducted by a male nurse, he sent the ECG results to the doctor and said that everything was normal. That, by the way, was the only thing the male nurse said during the entire appointment. Then I spoke to the administrator, explained the situation, and she replied that their doctor always conducts appointments online.

I am simply horrified by the irresponsibility of what would seem to be a grown adult.
